Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Modern Preserve purchase! We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final sale, personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
